Two-factor authentication is not required for non-custodial wallets because all access is handled through your password and recovery phrase. Your device security, operating system protections, and offline backup of your phrase serve as your main layers of protection.

Yes. EtherFlyer supports hardware wallets such as Ledger and Trezor, allowing you to sign transactions with a dedicated device while managing balances and assets through the desktop app.

If the recovery phrase is lost, EtherFlyer cannot restore your wallet or recover your assets. You should create a new wallet immediately, transfer your funds to it, and store the new recovery phrase safely offline.

To send assets, open your wallet, choose the token you want to transfer, enter the recipient address, set the network fee, and confirm the transaction. EtherFlyer will prepare and sign the transaction locally before broadcasting it to the network.

Network fees (gas) are paid to blockchain validators who process and confirm transactions. These fees go directly to the network, not to EtherFlyer, and the amount depends on chain congestion and transaction complexity.

Completion time depends on the blockchain, network load, and the fee you set. Fast networks may confirm transactions in seconds, while congested chains like Ethereum can take longer during peak activity.

Once a transaction is broadcast and confirmed, it cannot be reversed. If it’s still pending and not yet included in a block, some networks allow you to replace it with a new transaction using a higher fee, but reversal is not possible.

A transaction can remain pending if the network is busy or if the gas fee is set too low. Updating the fee (if supported by the chain) or waiting for network congestion to drop usually resolves the issue.

Each blockchain has its own fee model, validator incentives, and congestion levels. High-demand networks cost more to use, while alternative or Layer 2 networks often offer lower fees and faster confirmations.

After sending a transaction, EtherFlyer shows a link to the block explorer for that network. You can open it to view confirmations, gas usage, and detailed status updates directly from the blockchain.

EtherFlyer supports major networks such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and others, along with a wide range of ERC-20 and similar tokens. New assets appear automatically when the wallet detects them on-chain.

You can add any supported token by entering its contract address in the “Add Token” section. The wallet will fetch the token name, symbol, and decimals and make it visible in your asset list.

Yes. EtherFlyer includes a built-in swap interface that routes trades through connected DEX aggregators. Rates, fees, and estimated outcomes are shown before you confirm the swap.

If a token does not appear automatically, it may be on a different network, or its contract may not be recognized yet. Adding it manually with the correct contract address usually resolves the issue.

NFTs are unique blockchain assets used for digital collectibles, IDs, or ownership records. EtherFlyer can detect and display NFTs on supported networks, but some advanced NFT actions may require external marketplaces.

Yes. If a token exists on several chains (for example, USDT on Ethereum, Tron, or BNB Chain), each version appears as a separate asset, and transactions must be made on the corresponding network.
